The AT&T EDGE Internship program is an undergraduate 10–12-week experience that allows students from unique backgrounds, experiences, and underrepresented communities to explore various AT&T functional areas in a corporate setting. Additionally, EDGE focuses on developing participants that will provide a future-ready diverse talent pool for entry-level management full-time positions. On top of that, you’ll have opportunities to give back to the community and network with other interns and AT&T leaders.

Key Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, associate’s or bachelor's degree program
• Identified leadership capability – academics, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
• Locations vary by assignment; relocation may be required.
• Strong academic performance valued

Our EDGE Internship Program interns earn between $39,800 and $59,600 yearly. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
