Our culture means more to us than our job titles. Together we share in something greater, do incredible things and live out our values.
Benefits
Invested in your satisfaction and continued success.
We take care of our own here (hint: that could be you). Our benefits and rewards mean we cover some of your biggest needs with some of the coolest offerings. We already think we’re a pretty great place to work. We’re just trying to rack up some bonus points.
Let’s start with the big one: Your work gets rewarded with competitive compensation and benefits. It really does pay to be on our team.
Compensation
Vacation? Staycation? Heck, let’s take a road trip. On top of paid holidays, chill out with paid time off (PTO) that you can spend any way you want.
Paid Time Off
Our people have class. Literally. We can help you out on approved education costs with our tuition assistance plan.
Tuition Assistance
Here’s another reason to breathe easy: You and your family get access to excellent medical, dental and vision insurance options.
Insurance Options
Wanna make your friends really jealous? You’ll get discounted access to the latest and greatest AT&T products and services — plus other awesome items, like tickets to live events.

You strike us as an over-achiever (don’t worry, it’s a compliment). Our training and development programs are your ticket to expert status in your job.
Training & Development
When the day comes that you get some much needed R&R (not that you’d ever want to leave #LifeAtATT) you’ll know your future is set with the AT&T Retirement Savings Plan (ARSP).

Advancement Programs
AT&T University
We’re investing more than $200 million annually in AT&T University. This internal training organization offers required courses and electives to help our people to continue to upgrade their skills.
AT&T Learn
We’re fostering the workforce of tomorrow – in every corner of what we do. That’s why we’ve teamed up with groups like Udacity, Coursera and the University of Notre Dame for advanced online learnings for our employees.
Year Up Internships
As we keep looking toward what’s next, we’re also looking at who’s next. That’s why we’ve partnered with Year Up, which connects people to a six-month learning experience followed by a six-month internship with a major company. Our goal is to host 200 interns annually by 2022.
AT&T Aspire
We believe that technology can help students connect to the skills they need to succeed in high school and their careers. Over 10 years, our Aspire initiative has committed more than $500 million to programs that can help them do it.
AT&T Aspire Accelerator
We’re supporting the tech that can transform education. Through our Aspire Accelerator, we’ve connected organizations to financial investment, expert services and mentorship in developing education apps. Our work has reached more than 22 million students.
Ongoing STEM education
We’re working to close the skills gap in STEM — with a goal of increasing the number of Americans with high-quality postsecondary degrees or credentials to 60% by 2025.
Building up our communities
Our people are empowered to go above and beyond. Through company sponsored programs and their own initiatives, they’re making a real difference – beyond just the work they do on the clock.
