Job Overview

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered

Overall Purpose: Review digital behavior patterns using metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Lead comprehensive digital analytics efforts to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

    • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms to collect and interpret data.

    • Create and run fairly complex SQL statements using Snowflake to join datasets from separate databases.

    • Manage Snowflake tables and summary data.

  • Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve digital and non-digital performance and user experience across the customer journey.

    • Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for digital success.

    • Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, content development, and product improvements.

  • Optimization and Testing:

    • Analyze A/B and multivariate test results and recommend changes based on data-driven conclusions.

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and iterate as needed.

  • Technical Implementation:

    • Work closely with developers and engineering teams to ensure understanding of tagging schema.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and data-driven decision-making within the team.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all digital analytics-related inquiries and projects.

    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital analytics efforts with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or a combination of experience and education. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.

    • Proven experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platforms.

    • SQL intermediate experience.

    • Data integration in Tableau or PowerBI.

    • Proactive and anticipatory problem solver.

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

  • Attributes:

    • Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for data and continuous improvement.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Our Principal Data Analysis earn between 128,400.00 - 192,600.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
