Job Summary: The Change Management Lead will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through its digital transformation journey. This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes, tools, and technologies, ultimately driving organizational success and achieving desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with the overall goals of the digital transformation program.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and opportunities associated with the transformation efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver engaging communication plans to keep all employees informed, motivated, and involved in the change process.
  • Create and facilitate training programs and workshops to build change management capabilities and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Evaluate existing employee tools and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Serve as a change advocate, promoting a culture of flexibility, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change.
  • Identify and manage risks and resistance related to change initiatives, proactively addressing concerns to minimize disruption.
  • Create and maintain documentation for tools, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a change management role, preferably within a digital or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs and workshops.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in using change management software and tools is a plus.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.

Work Location:  Dallas, TX or Bothell, WA

Work Schedule:  This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered

Our Lead Digital Customer Growth earn between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
