Job Title: Senior Billing Specialist

Location: Aupark Tower, Bratislava
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 2-3 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Verifying the quality of contractual agreements according to given audit criteria
• Billing systems readiness verification for clients’ accounts
• Validation of billing triggers for delivered services
• Initiate invoicing processes
• Monitor billing quality to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate errors
• Managing custom billing projects, according to AT&T customer needs
• Perform basic data mining and analysis to support business intelligence
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and AI trends

Required Skills:

• 2+ years' experience of working on a Billing Analyst or similar accounting position
• Good practical experience with electronic billing procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly especially Excel
• Familiarity with databases and SQL
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Responsibility٫ close attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlines
• University degree (1st /2nd grade) in accounting or similar area

Nice to Have:

• Pro MS Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports over SQL Server
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their applications
