Job Overview

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.No relocation is offered.

Overall purpose: Oversee development, management, and optimization of financial systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance to support organizational growth.

Working knowledge Lease Administration, ManagePath, creLink, CorpFin, Oracle, FDW and other applications is desired.

Manages Lease Administration procedures and has oversight of the processes to enhance the effectiveness, accuracy and performance of financial systems. Implements solutions and oversees testing of system modifications designed to accommodate these solutions. Collaborates and confers in short-term planning and implementation projects to ensure effective use of financial systems technology. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operationof the function. Partners with 3D Condo co-owned property partners (Verizon, Lumen, Frontier, etc.).  This entails orchestrating collaboration between AT&T Design & Construction (D&C), Real Estate Operations (REO), Transactions, Legal, Property Tax, and Network, as well as with counterparts from 3D Condos.  Responsible for preparation of monthly invoices and payments, preparing and handling Capital Project Invoices, and preparing annual budgets/reconciliations. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute strategies for financial systems that align with organizational goals, and lead the planning, design, and implementation of new systems or upgrades.
Financial Systems Management: Oversee daily operations of financial systems, ensuring reliability, security, performance, and integration with other business systems.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of financial systems analysts, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to understand their needs, ensuring financial systems meet these requirements and acting as a liaison between finance and technology teams.
Other Duties as Assigned: Conduct system audits, manage budgets, ensure compliance, handle vendor relationships, and provide performance reports, along with any additional tasks as assigned.

Job Contribution: Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.

Our Associate Director - Financial Systems earn between $116,700 - $196,100 USD annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
