Overall Purpose: Responsible for overseeing and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, drive organizational growth, and contribute to a positive company culture.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies that support business growth and improve overall effectiveness. Working closely with senior leaders to understand business strategies and goals, ensuring that HR initiatives align with these objectives.
• Team Leadership and Development: Leading a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
• HR Metrics and Analytics: Using HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Providing regular reports to senior management on HR-related metrics and progress towards goals.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal laws. Identifying and mitigating risks related to employee management.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Overseeing processes related to client support, change management, performance management, training and development, culture and diversity, employee engagement, morale and retention.


Job Contribution: Oversees operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day-to-day management of related initiatives. This role is primarily concerned with the implementation and execution of strategies developed by higher management. Typically leads entry-level and career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates. Supervisor: Yes

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience.
