Job Description:

AT&T has an opening for an IT Project Manager with Network Specialization to support the Program Management Office in leading project execution initiatives across program functional areas

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute project tasks.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report on project status to all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team.
  • Facilitate the definition of project tasks and resource requirements.

Required Clearance

TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in creating and implementing a detailed plan to ensure overall quality of IT products, services and systems.
  • Experience in resolving problems and taking corrective action to resolve and achieve results.
  • Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history.

Desired Qualifications

  • ServiceNow, Tableau, Splunk or experience with other data visualization tools
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • ITIL Certification

Our IT Project Manager's earn between $98,100 - $187,026. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
