About the Job:
The Lead Cybersecurity in this role is crucial for managing security for mission critical SaaS applications like Snowflake, ServiceNow just to name a few, ensuring they align with policies and best practices by utilizing tools such as AppOmni for robust security.
This position is responsible for creating and enforcing comprehensive policies, effectively mitigating risks associated with SaaS application vulnerabilities.
Additionally, this position also manages SaaS intake requests and audit security findings, ensuring a thorough review of all security, compliance, and operational aspects. The expert in this role performs high-quality assessments to vet SaaS applications to address any insufficient controls that may potentially lead to security incidents.
This professional must be highly organized and able to manage various stakeholder requests as they arise with strong multitasking skills and technical acumen. In addition, the professional must also be able to assist mentor team members in the designated areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities Include:
The overall objectives and responsibilities for this position are to:
- Manage security for mission critical SaaS applications like Snowflake, ServiceNow just to name a few, ensuring they align with policies and best practices (by utilizing tools such as AppOmni)
- Create and enforce comprehensive AppOmni Policies and ensuring compliance to AT&T security policies (ASPS)
- Provide oversight and tactical analysis for risk assessment and mitigation plans for existing SaaS applications
- Manage SaaS intake requests for onboarding request
- Address audit findings
- Perform thorough reviews of all SaaS security
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support to maintain continued security and compliance
Required skills:
- Overall – At least 12+ years of experience in SaaS cloud platforms, SaaS Cloud security
- Must have a deep understanding of SaaS cloud platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Snowflake, with expertise in configuring, managing, and securing these applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking as well as for analyzing security data to detect potential threats.
- Attention to detail is crucial for meticulously reviewing security policies and configurations to ensure compliance and identify vulnerabilities.
- Additionally, candidates should possess excellent communication skills to articulate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Familiar with NIST and Other Security Standards:
- In-depth knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and other relevant security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
- Hands-On Experience with Workday:
- Practical experience in managing and securing Workday environments.
- Proficiency in configuring Workday security settings and permissions.
- Ability to conduct security assessments and audits within the Workday platform.
- Advanced understanding of computer systems, networks, and security principles.
- Continuous learning and professional development in cybersecurity.
- Experience working in an environment where coordination with multiple teams is essential to success
- Ability to prioritize individual/group work in a high-activity and time-bound environment
- Flexible to provide coverage in US morning hours on a need-basis, and as required
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Desired Skills:
- BS Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering. MA/MS Degree preferred
- Security Audit experience:
- Experience conducting security audits and assessments to identify gaps and vulnerabilities.
- Ability to prepare and present audit findings to stakeholders.
- Understanding Integration Between Systems:
- Knowledge of how different SaaS applications and systems interact and integrate.
- Ability to design and implement secure integration solutions.
- Ensuring data integrity and security during data transfers between systems.
- Proficiency in cloud security principles and best practices.
- Understanding of cloud security architectures, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and network security.
- Ability to design and implement secure cloud infrastructure
