Job Overview

Job Description:

Advanced individual contributor responsible for the creation, development, drafting, management, modification, negotiation, and administration of customer contracts. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and approves contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, satisfaction of customer specifications and protection of the company contractual posture.  
  • Engage in complex negotiations with customers and internal partners and use judgment within defined practices and procedures. 
  • Provides resolution to a diverse range of complex contract issues.  
  • Advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions and analysis of contract documents.  
  • Reviews and evaluates requests for changes/revisions of contracts.  
  • Development and drafting of new contract templates. 
  • Interface with other company stakeholders, such as Legal, Global Supply Chain, etc.  
  • Works, determines and develops an approach to complex contracting scenarios.  
  • Ability to prioritize and work under time constraints on multiple contracts and projects at once.   
  • Must be a self-starter with demonstrated capacity to work remotely in an effective manner.   
  • Practical skills and experience with many applications and technologies, and knowledge of the AT&T product set.   
  • Provides leadership and mentoring to team members. 
  • Advises on the proper execution of contract requirements, assists in identifying potential contract problems and provides directions on appropriate corrective action. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate (J.D.) 

Experience: 8 - 10 years of experience.

Our Lead Solutions Architecture, earn between $154,100 - $231,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
