As a Specialist Sales Support, you will:
Enhance sales team efficiency and performance by managing sales performance reporting, system, and process improvements, and providing administrative support.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing and other administrative functions.
• Process Improvement: Assess processes for effectiveness by documenting sales processes and maintaining records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Advisory Role: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and provide counsel and support within the functional area.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize sales tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
What you'll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired or equivalent experience.
- Must be bilingual, fluent in English comprehension, excellent oral and written communication.
- Experience: 1+ years of related experience.
