Job Overview

Job Description:

Overall Purpose: Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of impactful sales communications distributed internally within all sales channels to support sales strategies and convey the value proposition.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Content Creation and Management: Develop, write, edit, and manage sales communications materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with the company’s brand and value proposition.
Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales communications plans aimed at internal audiences, ensuring timely delivery of key messages.
Internal and External Communication: Distribute sales communications across all internal channels and manage executive communications, including presentations and speeches, to reach a variety of audiences.
Event Coordination and Stakeholder Collaboration: Plan and coordinate internal sales meetings, webinars, and special events, while working closely with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and gather insights.
Performance Tracking and Feedback: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sales communications, provide regular reports, and gather feedback to continuously improve communication strategies and materials.

Our Senior Sales Communications earn between $118,800 - $178,200 + 11% bonus when goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+

years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
