Position Overview: This senior-level career opportunity is responsible for the performance of all functions involved in quality assurance and test execution for new and existing applications and interfaces.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement QA strategies.

• Utilize deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

• Design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications.

• Determine integrated testing solutions that include cross-dependencies between organizations and programs.

• Develop data and environment strategies utilizing architectural skills and methodology to meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.

• Responsibilities include E2E testing, which encompasses the entire customer experience including sales, ordering, provisioning, activation, billing, payment processing, and customer service.

• Perform integrated IT/Network tests to ensure services function properly, are billed accurately, and issues can be resolved/managed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and implementing QA strategies.

• Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Hands-on experience with the SPOCK framework.

• Proficiency in JAVA REST APIs.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Typically requires 8+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Preferred Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering; Developer nanodegree, or equivalent experience.

• Hands-on experience in automation using SPOCK and Katalon.

• Proficiency with Java REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Our Principal Quality Assurance, earns between $130,700.00-$196,100.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
