About the Job:
This role within our Chief Security Office provides architecture solutions for our Identity and Access Management platform and services.  This person will work on various projects relating to the implementation of our authentication and authorization management for both our customers and enterprise. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing technical guidance to architects and scrum teams, and partnering with adjacent organization's stakeholders to gather requirements and create solutions that satisfy them.

Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with Identity and Access Management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ideation and delivery of technical solutions for various Identity and Access Management related projects for our millions of users across our consumer and enterprise services.
• Create solution documentation related to authorization and access management including but not limited to mediums like Markdown, OpenAPI, and PlantUML.
• Attend scrum daily standups
• Provide technical guidance to delivery teams and remove roadblocks.
• Provide client consultations related to integration with our Identity and Access Management platform

Assist in technical troubleshooting when needed

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Cyber Security related fields.
  • 5-8 years of related experience
  • Software Engineering/Architecture experience
  • Experience with one or more identity access platforms, preferably IBM Security Verify Access
  • Identity and Access Management concepts (Authentication/Authorization/MFA/ABAC/PBAC/KBA etc). 
  • IAM Industry Standard Protocols (OIDC, oAUTH, SAML etc)
  • Preferred experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS)

Job Contribution:

Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies.

Education:

Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.

Experience:

Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
