As a Lead Market Development Manager, you will develop marketing and sales opportunities by creating strategic alliances, partnership programs, and customer targeting strategies for driving growth and meeting business needs. This role requires in-office presence 5 days per week and is exclusively located in Dallas, TX. No relocation assistance is provided.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth and achieve business objectives.

  • Lead the design and analysis of strategic initiatives for new and existing products and services.

  • Data and analysis of key insights for developing targeted initiatives and strategic sales plays.

  • Provide strategic data for planning and implementation of customer plays & custom deals

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand and provide alignment on strategy and status of working initiatives.

  • Negotiates engagement in distribution initiatives and alliances with new partners.

  • Provides direction for expense management and resource allocation based on market demands.

  • Engages and influences partners to execute agreement and associated strategy.

  • Provides ongoing assessment of partner needs, business drivers, and environment to guide ongoing partner development and execution.

  • Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and provides guidance to other personnel.

  • Addresses the broadest and most complex problems of multiple disciplines within the business unit or division.

  • Ownership of all executive reviews across acquisition, retention and custom deal desk.

  • Create and manage organization communication plan and quarterly events.

  • Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influences executive decisions, mentors less experienced staff, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired

  • 8+ years of related experience

  • MBA preferred

Our Lead Market Development, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
