The Senior AI Solution Architect will lead cross-functional teams of stakeholders to enhance or create innovative AI-driven digital tools for both internal and external use. Additionally, the individual will explore and leverage AI to streamline and optimize current processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Specify the components and their interactions that comprise the End-to-End AI Integrated Architecture. Work with customers, stakeholders, and development teams to define high-level AI solutions.
  • Component and Subsystem Definition: Determine primary AI components and subsystems, analyze technical trade-offs, and identify interfaces and collaborations between them.
  • Requirements Definition: Define higher-level functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs) for AI systems and identify all data sources to define interface or API requirements.
  • Technical Vision: Create a shared technical and architectural vision focused on AI alignment for the full solution rather than concerns for specific components.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Business Units and Development teams to manage the collection and prioritization of requirements, features, and outcomes.
  • SCRUM Participation: Participate in SCRUM activities, providing guidance to stakeholders and developers.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work with portfolio stakeholders, customers, Enterprise Architects, System Engineers, and development teams to align the AI architectural direction.
  • Best Practices and Reusability: Ensure common AI technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable; facilitate the reuse of AI code, components, and proven patterns. Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices for AI solutions.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Our Lead Solution Architecture, earn between $143,800 - $215,800. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
