About the Job:
This position is a Lead Cyber Security, responsible for all software development activities associated with maintaining and enhancing the SPI Data Discover platform, and associated tooling and scripts that support the long-term goal of process automation for the CSO Data Protection Assurance organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all software development activities associated with maintaining and enhancing the SPI Data Discover platform, and associated tooling and scripts that support the long-term goal of process automation for the CSO Data Protection Assurance organization.
Software implementation including designing, coding, and debugging software in Phyton, PowerShell, Java, Javascript. Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements. Testing and deploying programs and applications. Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software.
Providing thought leadership and direction on program improvements & optimizations
Deep understanding of the scan tools used.
Collaborates with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for needed software products. Ability to adapt to an evolving process and application. Willingness to experiment and try new approaches to solve old and new problems. Will work with onshore leaders to discuss staffing and resource issues and strategies.
Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management.
Primary / Mandatory skills:
Overall – 8+ years of IT experience
6+ Proven experience in full-stack software development - MERN Stack.
Deep understanding in Application Database architecture.
Proven experience in Cloud technologies like Azure
Basic Cloud security knowledge of AWS
Proven experience in software development methodologies, Agile.
Proven experience building complex web systems.
The ability to multi-task
Basic Cloud security knowledge for Azure and AWS.
Demonstrate Analytical Thinking,
Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Proven track record in application database architecture.
General information security knowledge (CISSP, Security First Bronze, Silver and/or Gold)
BS of Computer Science and/or Information Systems
Technical Skills: Development Experience in MERN Stack, SDLC, Database Administration understanding, Information Lifecycle, Database management tools etc.,
Additional information (if any): Flexible to provide coverage in US morning hours upon need.
Certification: CSSLP, CISSP or equivalent
